The operator

Which legal entity operates the service

Timber Rendholt is the trading name of the organization that owns and manages this website and associated client platform.

When you agree to our terms and establish an account, you are entering into a contract with the operating company, which is Terms of Use The operating company's full legal name, corporate structure, registration details and group membership are contained in the client agreement provided upon onboarding and are available upon request using the contact methods outlined in the "Requesting documentation" section below.

Since organizational structures, registration details and service delivery methods may vary over time, we choose not to display them as permanent text within marketing materials. The client agreement and accompanying documentation pack represent the binding source; if there is any inconsistency between this webpage and those documents, the documents take precedence.

Group companies and service providers

Certain operations - including infrastructure provision, payment settlement, exchange information and identity verification systems - are performed by qualified external service providers pursuant to formal contracts. The types of external service providers engaged and the treatment of your data by such providers are detailed in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish provider names on this page.

Framework

The regulatory framework we work within

We specify here the nature of the commitments that apply to the service, rather than identifying regulatory bodies or referencing statute numbers, which are reserved for binding legal paperwork.

Regulatory compliance screening and ongoing transaction supervision, internal reporting protocols and data archival consistent with legal requirements.

  3. 03

    Handling of client money

Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.

  4. 04

    Fair and clear communication

Costs, spreads and any applicable fees are published in your account and on our pricing page. We do not promise specific returns, and all promotional material carries a risk warning.

  5. 05

    Data protection

Personal data is processed on a defined lawful basis, retained only as long as necessary, and protected by access controls and encryption in transit and at rest.

  6. 06

Contact

Regulatory and compliance questions

Questions about our regulatory position, our compliance procedures, or a concern you would like escalated should go to the compliance route rather than to general support.

How do I raise a compliance question?

Send it through the contact page and mark it "Compliance". Include the account email address if you already hold an account, and describe the question in a sentence or two.

How do I make a formal complaint?

Use the same route and mark the message "Complaint". You will receive an acknowledgement, a reference and an indication of the timeframe for a substantive reply. If the outcome does not resolve the matter, the reply will explain the further escalation options available to you.

What is the process for reporting unlawful behavior or improper use of our brand?

Use the report abuse page. Impersonation of Timber Rendholt in messages, adverts or cloned sites should be reported there so we can act on it.

Are institutional or press enquiries handled here?

Yes - send them through the contact page with a clear subject line and they will be routed to the right team.
